Get Started
45 minutes. Free. No commitment. The first step for every new Bridge member.
The Movement Assessment is how every Bridge member starts - whether you're recovering from surgery, new to strength training, or looking for a serious Olympic weightlifting program. It's a real conversation, not a sales pitch.
Bring everything - surgeries, diagnoses, what's worked and what's made things worse. Past injuries, current limitations, things you're afraid of. We want to hear all of it. The more we know, the better we can help.
A simple, guided movement screen to see how you're moving right now. Not a test - there's no passing or failing. It gives us a clear picture of where you are physically and what approach makes sense for your body.
Based on your history and movement, we'll tell you honestly which program makes sense - Foundations, Bridge Performance, Bridge+, Personal Training, or Weightlifting. We'll explain the pace, what to expect, and what the process looks like from day one.
You've been discharged and don't know what comes next. Bring your paperwork, your diagnoses, your limitations. We've worked with people at every stage of recovery.
You've never lifted, or haven't in years. You want to do it right. The assessment shows us where to start so you're not guessing on day one.
You've looked at the site and you're not sure which path is yours. Come in. We'll figure it out together - and if Bridge isn't the right fit, we'll tell you honestly.

Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes - completely free, no strings attached. We offer it because it makes our coaching better. We need to understand you before we can help you.
How long does it take?
45 minutes. Enough time to talk through your history, run the movement screen, and have a real conversation about what makes sense for you.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just your history. If you have medical records, surgical notes, or PT discharge paperwork, bring them - but they're not required. We'll ask the right questions.
Do I need doctor clearance?
Not required to book the assessment. If you've had recent surgery or are managing an active condition, we recommend it before starting a program - but we'll talk through your situation and let you know.
What if I decide not to join?
That's fine. There's no pressure and no follow-up sales call. If Bridge isn't the right fit, we'll tell you - and we might be able to point you somewhere that is.
Who will I meet with?
One of our coaches - usually Amy or Astrid. Whoever runs your assessment will be the coach who knows your history going forward.
Not sure which program fits?
That's exactly what the assessment is for. Come in without knowing - leave with a clear answer.
