Do I need to be in good shape to start?

No. Bridge Performance is designed for people at every stage - including people recovering from injury, surgery, or returning to movement after a long break. The Movement Assessment at the start covers your history and how you move right now, so your program starts from there, not from where you used to be.

What is the Movement Assessment?

It's a free 45-minute session with one of our coaches. We review your history, watch how you move, and figure out which program is the right fit. It's not a test - it's a conversation.

What programs do you offer?

We offer small group performance classes, one-on-one personal training, Weightlifting (our senior program), and Foundations for new members. Every program is PT-coached.

Are your coaches physical therapists?

Yes. Every coach at Bridge Performance holds a physical therapy or clinical credential. That's not a marketing claim - it shapes how every session is programmed and delivered.

How much does membership cost?

Pricing varies by program. Contact us or come in for your free assessment and we'll walk through the options that fit your goals and schedule.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes. One-on-one personal training is available and particularly suited for members with complex injury histories, post-surgical recovery, or goals that need individualized programming.

What is Weightlifting?

Weightlifting is our USAW-certified Olympic weightlifting club, coached by Astrid Castaneda. Competitive and recreational tracks available. Technical development in the snatch and clean and jerk.

Where are you located?

715 N Los Robles Ave, Pasadena, CA 91104. Street parking on Los Robles and nearby side streets.
