Bridge Rx is physical therapy without the limits of insurance. It's one-on-one clinical care from Amy Pike, a licensed physical therapist, and Gerald, a licensed physical therapist assistant, built around what you actually want to be able to do, not a diagnosis code.
Every plan starts with an initial evaluation: your history, your symptoms, a comprehensive assessment of your movement and strength to identify the root cause of your pain or movement dysfunction and build a personalized treatment plan. Sessions combine manual therapy, strength work, and motor control training based on what the evaluation actually finds.
Bridge Rx is for people who want more say in their care: how long treatment runs, how much attention each session gets, and what happens once it's over. When you're ready, you move into Foundations or Performance classes with a coach who already knows your history.
What makes it different
The plan is built around what you want to be able to do again, not just what's written on a chart. Treatment ends when you're ready, not when a diagnosis code says you should be.
Bridge Rx runs outside the insurance system on purpose. That means no visit caps, no fighting for approval, and a plan built around your actual goals instead of what a payer will cover.
When treatment wraps up, you don't just get handed a folder of exercises. You move into Foundations or Performance classes with a coach who already knows your history.

Common questions
Do you take insurance?
No. Bridge Rx runs outside insurance on purpose, so treatment isn't capped by visit limits or diagnosis codes. If you need insurance to cover your care, a clinic that bills insurance is a better fit.
What happens in the first session?
The evaluation covers your history, symptoms, and goals, plus a comprehensive assessment of your movement and strength, balance, and any special tests that apply. You'll leave with a plan and a true sense of how many sessions it'll take. Amy, a physical therapist, and Gerald, a physical therapist assistant, collaborate to establish a well rounded treatment plan.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what we find. Most plans run 6 to 12 sessions. Your evaluation gives you a specific recommendation, not a guess.
What happens after treatment ends?
Most people move into Foundations or Performance once they're ready, working with a coach who already knows their history. Some people just need the evaluation and a home program. We'll tell you honestly which one fits.
Book a free Movement Assessment and we'll tell you honestly whether Bridge Rx, Foundations, or Performance is the right place to start.
