Amy Pike, MPT

Amy earned her Masters of Physical Therapy from California State University, Fresno. She spent 11 years working in inpatient hospital settings before her passion for functional fitness and the unmet needs of her community led her to co-found Bridge Performance in 2022.

She battled stage IV cancer and learned - again and again - how to recover. That experience shapes how she coaches. She understands what it means to rebuild, to move through fear, and to work with a body that has been through something real.

Amy coaches people who have found both healthcare and the fitness industry to be wanting. People who have been told their case is "too complicated" or pushed through a program that didn't account for who they actually are. She builds programs around the whole person - your history, your life, and where you actually want to go - not a symptom or an outcome.

Her clinical background informs every program at Bridge. The emphasis on safety before load, individualized modification, and the Movement Assessment process all come from 11 years of learning how people actually heal and rebuild.
