Programs
The starting point. Learn to move well, build a base, and join the community — no experience required.
Foundations is our introductory program — a step-by-step approach designed to remove the hesitation that keeps most people from starting. You'll learn how to build strength and endurance using barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements, with coaches who prescribe individualized modifications from day one.
Every session is education-driven. Coaches are watching your form, correcting what needs correcting, and helping you build movement patterns that will carry through every program at Bridge. The group format creates community accountability — a structure that keeps you consistent when motivation isn't enough.
Foundations is the entry point for all new Bridge Performance members. After completing the program, you'll move into Bridge Performance small group classes.
Next step
After Foundations, members move into Bridge Performance group classes.
What makes it different
Every movement in Foundations was designed by physical therapists. The progression is deliberate — safety and skill before load.
Classes are capped so coaches can actually see you. Modifications aren't optional — they're built into how every session runs.
The group format isn't just structure — it's the reason people stay consistent. You'll know your coaches and they'll know you.
