"I have been afraid to go back to working out after a series of surgeries and health problems. I need not have worried. Bridge Performance is the place for me."
Hunter Silides · Bridge Performance member
Personal training at Bridge is built around the relationship between coach and athlete. Before anything else, we take the time to understand you — your history, your goals, what hasn't worked before, and what you're actually trying to achieve. Then we build a plan that's specific to that.
Whether you're recovering from surgery and not ready for a group class, working on a specific skill like Olympic weightlifting technique, managing a chronic condition, or just want coaching that's entirely focused on you — personal training gives you the full attention of a coach with a clinical background.
Sessions cover physical therapy-informed programming, technique and skill development, nutrition coaching, and strength training. Pricing is available on request — contact us or book a Movement Assessment to discuss what makes sense for your goals.
What makes it different
Our coaches come from physical therapy and clinical backgrounds. They see what generic personal trainers miss — compensation patterns, post-surgical limitations, chronic pain signals.
Not a template. A specific, actionable plan built around your goals with steps that are attainable and progressions that make sense for your body.
There's no class pace to keep up with. Sessions move at the rate that's right for you — especially important when you're rebuilding from an injury or surgery.

Common questions
How is this different from a regular personal trainer?
Our coaches come from physical therapy and strength and conditioning backgrounds. They understand post-surgical limitations, compensation patterns, and chronic pain in ways a general personal trainer typically doesn't. The plan they build reflects that.
What does a session actually look like?
Every session is built around your specific plan. It might be strength work, movement skill development, mobility, or a combination — depending on where you are and what you're working toward. Your coach runs the session entirely around you.
Can I combine personal training with group classes?
Yes. Some members use personal training as a bridge before joining group classes. Others do both simultaneously. We'll figure out the right structure during your Movement Assessment.
Do I need to start with a Movement Assessment?
Yes — and it's free. It's how we understand your history, your goals, and what a program actually looks like for you specifically. Personal training is highly individual, and the assessment is how we make sure we get it right.
