Bridge Brigade is our competitive and recreational Olympic weightlifting program — led by USAW-certified coaches who have competed in the sport. This isn't a CrossFit gym that added a snatch to its programming. Bridge Brigade is built around technical development in the snatch and clean & jerk, with smart progression and a clear pathway for athletes who want to compete.
Astrid Castaneda, Bridge's co-founder, competed as an Olympic weightlifter before opening Bridge. She coaches the program and brings both competitive experience and deep technical knowledge to every session. The result is coaching that's precise, progression-driven, and built around how athletes actually move.
