Specialty classes are limited-run workshops that go deeper than what a regular group class can cover. They're taught by coaches with specific expertise in that discipline — not generalists who dabble, but people who've put serious time into their craft.
Past and recurring specialty offerings include Olympic weightlifting technique, kettlebell skills, advanced mobility, physical therapy application for athletes, and gymnastics fundamentals. They're open to members and, in some cases, non-members.
Upcoming specialty classes are posted on the schedule. If you have a specific skill area you want to work on, reach out — we take requests seriously.

Each specialty class is taught by a coach with deep experience in that specific discipline — not a generalist covering a topic they've read about.
These workshops are about learning, not burning calories. The goal is to walk out with something you can actually use in your training.
Small groups mean individual attention. You're not watching a demo from the back row — you're getting coached through the movement yourself.
