Common questions
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Bridge Performance membership is month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. Bridge+ is a punchcard - no recurring charge, no contract.
Do I have to do Foundations first?
Most new members start with Foundations before moving into Bridge Performance. Bridge+ has no Foundations requirement. We figure out the right starting point during your Movement Assessment.
Is the Movement Assessment really free?
Yes - completely free, no obligation. It's 45 minutes: you tell us your history and goals, we run a simple movement screen, and we tell you honestly which program makes sense for you.
Do you accept Silver Sneakers or insurance?
We don't accept Silver Sneakers or insurance at this time. Reach out if you have questions. We're happy to talk through what works for your situation.
Can I try a class before committing?
The Movement Assessment is the best way to start - you'll meet a coach, see the space, and understand the program before making any commitment. There's no pressure and no sales pitch.
What if I can only come 2–3 times a week?
The Performance Membership gives you access to all classes. No minimum attendance. Come as often as your schedule allows. Bridge+ runs 3x/week by design.
