Programs
"Small classes. Excellent instructors. Whatever your fitness level, you will get the attention you need to reach your goals. Fun, friendly."
Karen D. · Bridge+ member
Bridge+ is a small-group strength program that runs three times a week, designed specifically for people who want to train seriously as they age. Every session is led by Jeannie — a licensed physical therapist and Amy Pike's mother — who brings both clinical depth and decades of practical experience to every class.
Programming targets the things that matter most for long-term health: bone density, muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular function. Exercises are individually scaled — so whether you're 60 and strong or 80 and rebuilding, the session meets you where you are.
Bridge+ runs on a punchcard system — 12 classes for $216, valid for three months. No monthly contract, no pressure.
What makes it different
Jeannie is a licensed physical therapist who runs every Bridge+ class. Not PT-designed — PT-run. There's a difference, and it shows in how the sessions feel.
Modifications aren't an afterthought. The program is built around individual ability from the start — whether you're returning to exercise or have never lifted weights.
Travel. Grandkids. Independence. The program is designed around the life you want to keep living — not around a generic definition of "senior fitness."

Common questions
Do I have to be a certain age to join Bridge+?
There's no strict age cutoff. Bridge+ is designed for people who want to train seriously as they age — whether that's 55, 65, or 80. Your Movement Assessment will confirm if it's the right fit.
Why does it matter that a PT runs every session?
Most "senior fitness" classes are designed by a PT but taught by a general instructor. Bridge+ is different — Jeannie is a licensed PT who runs every class herself. She catches things a regular coach would miss, and she modifies in real time.
Do I need to do Foundations first?
No. Bridge+ has its own pathway. You'll start with a Movement Assessment so Jeannie understands where you are, and then you're in.
Will this actually help with bone density?
Yes. Resistance training is the most evidence-backed intervention for improving bone density. Bridge+ programming is specifically designed to target the movements that matter — under the supervision of a physical therapist who knows why that matters.
