Bridge Performance
Workshops are educational sessions that go deeper than what a regular class can cover. They're led by coaches and clinicians with specific expertise - not generalists - and they're designed to give you something you can actually use: a clearer understanding of your body, your training, and how to take care of yourself over the long term.
This is different from specialty classes. Specialty classes are skill-based (Olympic lifting technique, kettlebell skills). Workshops are education-based - the kind of knowledge that changes how you think about training, not just what you do in a session.
Topics reflect what Bridge members actually ask about. Perimenopause and pelvic floor aren't niche. They're the conversations happening in every locker room that nobody's having on stage. We think that's worth fixing.
